Iranian state-run Press TV last night broadcast an interview with an unnamed Iranian man who claims to have been trained in Israel by Mossad (Israel’s national intelligence agency).He also described how, allegedly, Mossad assassinated Iranian nuclear scientist, Massoud Ali-Mohammadi, in Teheran last year.

Ali-Mohammadi, a scientist at Teheran University, was killed by a remote controlled bomb on 12 January 2010. Last November, an additional nuclear scientist was assassinated in Teheran and another wounded. The assassinations embarrassed the Iranian regime and security officials vowed to apprehend the perpetrators. Monday’s announcement and televised confession appear to be an attempt by Iran’s government to show its public that it succeeded, at least partially, in that mission.
